*How many people can you accommodate?

The maximum capacity is 150 guests.

*How can I schedule a tour?

We offer tours by appointment only. Tours are available Monday-Friday and weekends if the there is not an event. Call or email us and we will be happy to accommodate your request. However, in order to offer our couples full privacy, we do not offer tours during the day of an event. *How can I book the venue?

Dates are reserved on a first-come and first-service basis. To secure a date, Red Hawks’ Landing must receive a signed contract and 50% of the booking fee. We offer a convenient monthly or quarterly payment plan, and the entire balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to your event.

*Can I set up the day before my wedding or earlier than 10:00 am?

All set up is restricted to the rental period. If you would like to come in before 10am, it is an additional charge.

*When can I schedule my rehearsal?

Ceremony rehearsals are typically scheduled on Thursday prior to the event date, or Friday if no wedding is scheduled. Rehearsal times are limited to one (1) hour.

*Do you offer on-site coordination?

Red Hawks’ Landing does not include an on site coordinator nor wedding planner. RHL highly suggests a wedding planner or day of event coordinator to have the schedule created so the day goes smoothly. RHL is not responsible to coordinate the day’s schedule nor carry out the wedding day plans.

*Are linens required?

Yes, cloth linens are required and can be rented through RHL or you can provide your own.

*Is the venue air conditioned?

Yes. For your comfort, the venue is climate controlled all year long.

*Can we bring in our own alcohol?

Red Hawks’ Landing has a liquor license that allows us to serve spiritous liquors, wine, and beer. No outside alcohol of any kind is allowed on the premises.

*Can vehicles be left over night?

Safety is our first concern. All vehicles must be picked up the next day by no later than 10:00am.

*Is security optional?

We include a security officer (at no cost to the client) for all events that serve alcohol. The officer remains in the parking lot and is available for your safety and the safety of our staff. Having him/her on the premises ensures that, in the event of an emergency, a first responder is close by.
