Our story began when my grandparents, Mykola and Michalina immigrated from Ukraine in 1947.   They settled on a small piece of farmland nestled along the Ashtabula River in Pierpont, Ohio. 

We named our venue, Red Hawks’ Landing in honor of my grandfather.  After his passing, a red hawk could be spotted around the farm. We named this hawk, Red and he continues to watch over the landscape.
